Annual Registration Fee
All families will be charged an annual registration fee of $35. This fee is good for one year and all immediate family members.

Classes will be held in 4-week sessions.
Our student to teacher ratio is a maximum of 6:1. In an effort to keep the same small groups together, we are requiring a commitment to the full 4 weeks of each session. You will need to sign up for each session individually – we will no longer have rolling sessions.
Due to our strict student to teacher ratio and the need to keep same groups together, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds, as other students will not be able to take your spot. There will be no refunds for classes missed, including scheduled holidays.
You must notify De Leon Dynamics to advise them of a dropped student prior to the beginning of the session. Once a session has started, the spots are locked in. There are no refunds for drop notices received after the start of a session. Drop classes in person at the front desk or with a written notice (via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk).
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your student attends class. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class.
New Arrival and Pick Up Procedures
Please wait outside the front door maintaining at least 6′ apart. We will call you one at a time to check each kid in and out. Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Our viewing room is not open at this time.
Please bring a sealable water bottle to class – our drinking fountain will NOT be accessible at this time.
Students will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly before and after class.
We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting procedures in common areas and of equipment.
- Classes are staggered to allow for disinfecting of equipment and minimal interaction between clients.
- Fabric apparatuses will be washed daily and/or put on a disinfecting rotation.
- All common areas will be disinfected regularly throughout our open hours and at the beginning and end of each day.
- Every client must wash hands thoroughly BEFORE entering the studio and we are recommending they wash again after class has ended.
- Every person in the gym will be encouraged to stay 6 feet away from each other.
If you or anyone in your household are sick or are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home.

What to Wear
Facial coverings are required when parents are picking up and dropping off students.
Facial coverings are not required during class – we do not want facial coverings shifting during practice and impairing eyesight or hindering oxygen intake.
Suggested clothing for males: tucked in fitted shirts or tank tops with shorts or sweat pants. No zippers, jewelry or buttons please.
Suggested clothing for females: unitards, leggings, leotards, fitted clothing. No zippers, buttons or jewelry please.
Absolutely NO chewing gum, jewelry, or zippers on clothing will be allowed. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. No bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should be barefooted during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.
