Our February 2015 Students of the Month are Anna and Elijah.
About ANNA:
Age: 13
Favorite trick: Salto (on silks)
Anna says that if you’re just starting out, “keep trying…even if it hurts”. Anna is the first child in the De Leon Dynamics aerial silks program to get to the advanced level. She played “Clara” in our Nutcracker show. Coach Carey says, “Anna is an incredible student and very talented young aerialist. She is extremely dedicated, focusing 100% in every class. Her success with aerial silks is due to her determination when tackling each new challenge. she is a joy to work with.”
About ELIJAH:
Age: 9
Favorite thing about parkour: “My favorite thing about parkour is running up the walls and jumping off of them. I also love the vault boxes!”
What is Elijah looking forward to learning at De Leon Dynamics?: ”I would really like to try to hold on to the rope more so I can climb the rope and other things better”.
Coach Stitch says, “Elijah has a never give up attitude that I admire.”
