CHINESE POLES (All ages 7+)

Studio co-owner and famous Chinese Pole performer, Victor Flores, instructs this fun and unique class that takes acrobatics and gravity defying feats into the air on our rubberized Chinese Poles. Thursdays at 6pm.

BEGINNING CONTORTION (all ages 7+)

Improve your flexibility and learn the basic skills and moves of professional contortionists! No experience or flexibility needed!

Fridays at 6pm.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT (ages 6-18)

Part of creating an unforgettable performance is connecting with the audience! In this class, students will get to explore creative movement and creating characters. Learn how to evoke humor, sadness, happiness and more, while connecting with the audience. This class is great for any budding performer. *Please note, this class may occassionally use aerial or other apparatus, but is not intended to be a progressive aerial class.

Fridays at 5pm.

FLYING and FLOOR FUNDAMENTALS (ages 5-7)

All of our 5-7 year old cirque & aerial classes have been combined into “Flying and Floor FUNdamentals”! This new format will have progressive skill sheets, and once completed, students will be prepared to go into any of the different apparatus that we offer at De Leon Dynamics. Students will be introduced to a wide range of aerial and floor work with the goal of building coordination, strength and instruction following skills.
