De Leon Dynamics’ unique and innovative training programs have been proven to take clients from from absolute beginner to professional. De Leon Dynamics is the only cirque training facility with tried and true progressive programs to help you reach your goals.

Learn at your own pace. Once you can safely and consistently complete skills in a level, you move up to the next. The skills taught in each level are designed to safely help you gain the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary for the next level.

Getting Started:

Explore De Leon Dynamics’ wide variety of aerial, cirque, urban ninja, tumbling, gymnastics strength and functional fitness classes.

What to wear
All aerial classes require form fitting clothing: unitards, leggings, leotards, tucked in form fitting shirts – no zippers. Legs should be covered to the ankles.

For Urban Ninja classes, athletic wear that does not hinder movement is appropriate.

NO chewing gum, jewelry, or zippers on clothing will be allowed.

Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. No bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should be barefooted during class – clean, soft-soled shoes may be worn during Urban Ninja classes.

Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

All participants must have a waiver on file.

Aerial Silks

Two pieces of aerial fabric hung from a single rigging point.

Aerial Hammock

Also called Aerial Sling - Aerial fabric looped into a teardrop shape connected to an aerial rigging point.

A metal hoop that is taped and rigged from an aerial rigging point.

CLASS INFORMATION

Sessions last 4 weeks.

Additional Family Members:

10% discount (for 2nd and 3rd family member);

20% discount (additional family members)


ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: $40

Charged annually in October & pro-rated during other months.
Annual registration fee covers your family for 1 year. Required for all class registrations.


DROP POLICY: If you are enrolled in our 4-week sessions, your enrollment will automatically renew for the next session. If you wish to drop your enrollment, please give 30-day notice to the front desk – in person, email, or voicemail.


LATE POLICY: If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be admitted.


MAKEUP POLICY: One (1) makeup class is allowed per 4 week session. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. All makeups must be arranged at the front desk and completed within 7 days of the end of the original 4 week session.
