In our Strong Start program, kids and adults build real strength, coordination, and confidence while exploring the art of aerial.
Over the course of 8 classes, students will train on 4 exciting apparatuses - silks, hammock, lyra, and trapeze - in a fun and supportive environment led by nationally ranked coaches. Whether your child is brand new to aerial or looking for a fresh athletic challenge, this is where their journey begins.
